This course is designed for adults who are unemployed and would like to return to education. If you not sure what area or career you would like to pursue this course gives you a chance to try out a number of subjects to get a better idea about them. The course runs for 4 weeks, from May 29th to June 27th, and is part-time on Monday to Thursday mornings. There are different sessions each day covering each of the areas listed below. The course is not accredited but after the course you can apply for the UPSKILL QQI course which runs from September 2107-June 2018. The UPSKILL QII course is a tailor made course where you can choose to gain accreditation in modules related to your vocational interest.

Human Growth and Development, Animal Welfare, Food and Nutrition, Human Biology, Customer Service, Beauty Care, Horticulture, Communications, Maths, IT.
