It involves learners preparing and planning for work, working under direction in a specific vocational area and reviewing and evaluating that work. The experience of work enables learners to develop work skills, evaluate employment opportunities and cope with changing work environments.

BACK-TO-EDUCATION COURSES – FEBRUARY 2023

A range of new Back-to-Education Initiative courses will commence in February 2023. These flexible part-time courses are aimed at adults who wish to return to education to acquire certification in subject areas that lead to employment or higher education opportunities.

Each subject requires a commitment of 4 hours per week over a 15 week period. A maximum of 4 subjects may be undertaken at one time.

All courses are accredited by Quality & Qualifications Ireland (QQI).
